Re: WOKJ Monthly Box Office Contest - March/April I watched the never-ending trailer for Father Stu. I thought it might do solid because it's Easter week but looked it up on RT to see what it's rated and it's "R." That will probably turn off a good number of people that go to faith-based movies.

Belfast earned $1.8 million in its opening weekend in 580 theaters. If The Contractor opened in only 450 theaters, The Contractor will earn less than $1.4 million opening weekend.

While true, you could claim that if Contractor was on its way to a 5 million opening weekend if it was released wide, they wouldn't have bailed on it Once again though I don't really understand why a movie like Contractor couldn't have come out the 2 weeks in between Batman and Lost City, same for something like Ambulance, is the benefit of adults going to it while their kids are in Sonic supposed to be that big _________________Shack’s top 50 tv shows - viewtopic.php?f=8&t=90227
