DP07, you are good at predicting internal mutipliers (IM). What do you expect the IM's to be for the top three?

It's a bit hard to say with Holloween, but I'd guess about 2.83 for Saw, about 3.28 for The Grudge, and 3.13 or so for Ray.
So:
Grudge: 25.26m
Ray: 21.28m
Saw: 19.53m

I'm really surprised that Saw and Ray did so well...
Also, it looks like Shark Tale will struggle to get to 8 million.

I'm impressed with the numbers for Ray.
A $3,300 PTA is not bad at all.

This bodes well for Ray's oscar chances. The grudge should make about 100 and Saw about 50.
Thanks, DP07.

With an estimated budget of $1 million, Saw should make a healthy profit for LGF.

Wow, that's a nice total for Ray.
Great for Grudge too. Gellar needed a hit outside of Buffy and the random luck of Scooby.

Great numbers for the top 3! Both Ray AND Saw have very, very nice PTAs!!! Ray's going to have great legs, you can bet on that. Saw is a huge hit (very cheap movie) for Lions Gate- $19-20 million weekend I guess, which is amazing since it has no major stars. It was promoted quite well, however, on TV (Comedy Central, MTV, VH1), the Internet, and a lot of horror/movie geeks on the 'net I'm sure saw it. Ray was going to be a big hit from the start. EXCELLENT drop for the Grudge as well...another $100 million hit!!!! Good for Sarah Michelle Gellar and company.
