i dont think so....

Madagascar looks like shit. And apparently it is. The holiday weekend will HELP. But not enough. I see it doing only a little more than half of what Shrek 2 did O/W.

I , and all of my family, think it looks fantastic. I know a lot of mums and dads who are planning to take their kids to see it too

It sounds like Madagascar and The Longest Yard are both doing very well. Madagascar is getting familes and kids and the Longest Yard is getting a lot of teens and adults. It leaves to me to wonder how Ep III is going to hold up.

The reviews for MADAGASCAR are very dissapointing

The reviews wont affect the opening weekend however. And it should still pass $50M for the 4 day.
