Re: Superman weekend thread I’d say it’s going 53-58 with that number. 53-57% drop. 235 after 10 days would be nice. Who would have thought that a light hearted Superman movie that actually appeals to his key demographic can do well? Could flirt with 350 unless F4 kills it
Well that was easy enough. 57 million, Saturday and the family appeal definitely saved it going to the lower end

Re: Superman weekend thread I think its making high 50s 2nd weeekend at minimum. Friday is looking good to me. It should be 270m+ before F4 opens. With another 2-3 weeks of peak summer weekdays 350m is probable. Question is how close to 400m it can get.

Re: Superman weekend thread Well that was easy enough, the weather, weak competition ,and family appeal definitely helped Saturday to keep going closer to 53, but 57 is very good.

Re: Superman weekend thread Domestic is really saving this and probably hiring Gunn did save Superman in general. If this had meh reception it probably would have done like $200m domestic and considered a failure.
