The final Avatar would have done it if it were the third and final entry. There are way too many to consider right now but by the time they release the final one - it will probably do it on pure inflation which Alren alludes to above.

The correct mash-up could do it. A Marvel V DC movie would likely do it - but unlikely to ever be made.

Star Wars is far too damaged now. Good will would have to be restored for that to happen.

The Passion Resurrection is a good candidate, but the jury is out. It will be an ambitious film and demand a lot from the audience, so the extent of its success is still up in the air. However, elements that include the fall of the angels, Archangel Michael vs Lucifer, the Resurrection itself, the decent into hell, the lives of the apostles and their martyr deaths. Huge scope - so it can either massively overperform or fall short of TPOTC.

I'm going out on a limb right now and predicting that there's no interest. I reckon it comes out and does less than $100m.
