+81% on Saturday for Avatar. A larger increase than Puss in Boots! Without any holiday help and against a breakout opener.

Women Talking did horrible over the holiday and in less theaters. So even though it's still not doing well I have to say the theater average this weekend held pretty well. So that's a plus I guess. They honestly might have been better off just going wide on Christmas. I highly doubt it's getting many Oscar nominations. Possibly just Screenplay and Score and that's not enough to entice people to see it.
