Savages - Adore Life
Terrific band, perfectly evoking the spirit of Joy Division, Wire, etc. Their second album, Adore Life, is just as foreboding, muscular, and stylish as their well-received debut LP three years ago. My favorite songs from the new record, at least right now, are "Evil" and "Mechanics."
