Some form of this question has been on the threads before I think, but anyway I just had to think about it.

When I'm at work, mo-fri, 40 hours, I usually have 2 cups of coffee (black) during the day, 1 pot of green or mint tea and 1-1.5 liter of water. In the evenings at home I then usually don't drink that much, just one glass of water and a cup of cammomile tea.
In the weekends I usually drink 2 cups of coffee with milk in the morning and during the day a cup of black tea with milk too, and a few glasses of water. During the week I sometimes drink a juice or smoothie too, but it's irregular.
And I do drink sodas, beer and wine in general, but only on occasions which is just like a handful of times a month I guess.

Lotsa coffee and water while working. At home usually more water with dinner, and after evening activities I’ll probably have a beer or wine a few times a week.

Some diet cola thrown in there as well, as the restaurant I work out gives it to me for free.

I am sensitive to both caffeine and sugar when it comes to sleeping so I found a loophole in this flavored water/water enhancer side where the powder or drips makes water taste like juice but it still doesn't have sugar.

A lot of gatorade zero and propel.

Lots of water.

If I need it, a Celsius energy drink. They are very tasty. Hate coffee.

For alcohol, I mostly like IPAs, Hazys and Imperials. But tis the season for Pumpking!

Hot water with a slice of lemon. That's it. All day, every day.

Water

No coffee, no soft drinks

Alcohol only on special occasions and good stuff and for me that means usually only expensive cocktails. I drink to savour it and feel a slight buzz, no longer get drunk ever.

Chilled water day and night. That's it - no juice, milk or soft drinks

Alcohol occasionally - usually Scoth and Cognac. Beer in summer.
