I believe crossfit is the most high intensity of all the workouts - probably not a "want to get into working out" thing

I've never done crossfit, but I have the same info on it as Shack.

Just this week I also started a F45 week subscription, I must say, it's pretty fun.

I recommend this though if there's one in your area. It actually has a very similar concept as crossfit, but it's a lot lighter, so therefor I think it's a pretty good entry into working out.

This thread helped motivate me back into running. I'm slowly shedding the pounds...in part thanks to you guys. :)

Lost 5-6 lbs in the last two weeks. Not much but it's something. Aiming to shed 25-30 lbs. Harder to lose weight now than it was in my 20s and 30s. lol

I actually started using my oven for the first time in the last six months and got good at some stuff like lasagna, shepherd's pie and broccoli rice cheese. Silver lining of not being able to go to restaurants.

Cool, what's your goal?

I've recently started running at least twice a week (I've been running for a few years, but inconsistent). I don't really have a specific goal, but just trying to keep fit.

Sorry, late reply.

Inconsistency is my issue.

Plan: Walk/run a 4-6 days a week. At least 2 miles....nothing major.
