You're crazy! The Pacers barely beat a poor Boston team. Without Artest they are not nearly as strong as they were last year when the Pistons beat them in 6 games - when Indiana had homecourt advantage. Take Artest out, take homecourt advantage away, and add in the fact that the Pistons are a better healthier team this year and that spells certain doom for Indiana.

This series and the Miami series are as close as a sure bet as you'll ever get. Barring a major injury, I'll be amazed if Detroit takes longer than 5 games to take out the Pacers. I think the Sixers posed a more dangerous threat than the Pacers.

Nothing will get interesting in the East until Miami meets up with Detroit... neither team will face any real threat until then. The early rounds in the West are so much more interesting this year than the East.

Woo hoo! \:D/ Pistons dominated that one. It was never close, and the Pistons actually looked kind of off. I'm liking my Pistons in 4 guess - I'll be surprised if Indiana takes one.

What a joke. Now Van Gundy says that he meant not a referee with the word official. What a bad, pathetic lie! And he comes through with it. This jerk deserves to be fired. I'm totally with the NBA Referees Organisation on this one...

All 4 series look like blowout city to me. There won't be a Game 7 this round. The real competition will start when Spurs play Suns, and Pistons go against Heats.

I agree... this may be a real boring round. Who knows... maybe we'll see four series go 4-0? At this point it wouldn't surprise me.

Washington hung in with the Heat better than they should've tonight. I may be wrong, but I think the Heat have had it way too easy so far and they may be too soft by the time the Pistons roll into town. They've faced no competition and no adversity.

What happened to my Pistons tonight? They scored 33 the first quarter and went up by 15 only to fold and hardly score 33 the rest of the way.

It seems like they have to do this one game in every series. #-o

Looks like we got a series between Detroit and Indiana. Hopefully Detriot can bounce back in the next game, but if they don't, Indiana might do what seemed to be impossible, and beat Detroit in five. I highly doubt that's going to happen though, and I still think Detroit will win the series.

Not to take anything away from Indiana - who has played very well the last couple of games, but Detroit looked like they simply quit playing for 4 quarters between the end of game 2 and beginning of game 3. They weren't the same Detroit team I'm used to watching, and they looked largely disinterested.

Hopefully they pull out of their funk. I think they clearly are the superior team and it would be very embarassing to lose this series.

Game 4 is a must win for the Pistons. Rasheed has promised a victory... hopefully he is right, or I'll be looking like a fool and Alex Young (who predicted Pacers in 6) will look like a genius.

Miami is in... 8 wins in a row (and the last two in Washington without Shaq) - very impressive! =D>

I sooooo want to see a Detroit vs. Miami showdown. A Pacers vs Miami matchup will be so boring.

Even though the series is now tied, the Pistons might have just won the series today. They did what they had to do on the road and then some. I doubt they will lose the next game at home, and then once the series goes back to Indiana for Game 6, they're going to come out with their absolute "A" game to try and close the series out. I do however see a close game for Game 5, but I think Game 6 will be similar to today. Pistons in 6..........still.

I agree. It appears it took the two losses to wake the Pistons up.

The Pistons have dominated in their 2 wins, and should have won both games they lost. They're clearly the better team and I don't see how the Pacers can steal 2 out of the next 3 at this point.

Very weird... this initially appeared like we were going to see 4 series go 4-0. Now, we've got 3 deadlocked a 2-2.

I guess that's why they play all 7 games.

Very true. I still like all the favorite to advance, but I certainly didn't expect they get challenged like this.
