Africanized, lol. It is a caricature...that's how they work. And I'd say the artist is drawing more on the fact that she is being a baby than anything to do with her skin colour.

I think it's a little too close to the old racist cartoons, he could have toned down her features a bit. Having a normal black girl in the cartoon would help imply the problem is Serena not black people
