Rock falls on Cheetah in desert opener.

Cheetah drove wildly, barely hitting any fairways as he begins yet another losing season!

The good news for golf fans who have to watch this goof golf, while enjoying the truly professional play of the European tour, is that he wasn't in his usual foul mood. If Cheetah could just keep quiet during his fading twilight years, that would be a mercy to us all.

You're so fucking annoying.

Great to see Kyle Stanley's win today after last weekend's horror story!

Played the best round of his life, IMO.

Great finish today. Haas with the dagger in the end! Bradley missed both his birdie chances by an inch, maybe.

Cheetah played so well in the match play today that they're giving him the weekend off!

For someone that has ALWAYS struggled in match play, I'm surprised he won his first round. Played much better today though. Funny how that works.

At least we were treated to see some classic Cheetah moves - - he's let go of the calm professional golfer foolishness he tried for a couple tournaments - - now he's back to cursing to the TV camera and throwing clubs (my fave today was when he threw his club and hit himself in the foot, so he picked up the club and threw it again!).

I would rather have it that way.

God hates Europe.

People melting around him? Check.
Making 10 foot or less putts? Check.
Driving accuracy? Check.
Winning a major? Two weeks away.

Idk.

It was a good win but he didn't have anyone pressuring him. McDowell missed so many birdie opportunities down the stretch that Tiger just needed to play it safe and even then he was spraying the ball left and right off the tee. I'm glad he got the victory though but if he's gonna spray stuff at the Masters I wouldn't be that confident he'd win.

He was #1 in driving accuracy...?

That may have been for that tournament, but did you watch that final round? It was into people, into the rough, into bunkers practically every hole but due to his superior skills he was able to get out of trouble and the lack of pressure by McDowell certainly helped eliminate any threat.

You're thinking of Saturday, when he was 50% fairways hit. Friday/Sunday he was 71%.

I watched him Sunday and he sprayed it. Enough said.

I will make Tiger Woods as my pick to win. I have confidence based on his past Master's history and how he's been in contention the past couple times. He's been playing very consistently lately as well.
