Will Jokic beat the odds like Frances McDormand and win #3? I say no, at the end of the day Embiid either leads the 76ers to the top seed or Doncic pulls the Mavs to a record similar to Nuggets, and it's more exciting to vote for either of them than Jokic. |

Yeah, Kyrie is so unpredictable, that why would would anyone give up their future or assets for him. Mavs were really not going anywhere in their current form however, and Luka's window is now. It makes sense they would do something. This, it's just a gamble, on paper it doesn't look like a good bet, but who knows. I'm curious. Kyrie would have made more sense on either the Clips or the Lakers, but I think they just didn't want to give up anything for erratic-ness. |

I guess the Mavericks must have figured that the West was open this year so taking this huge gamble was worth it. Apparently Cuban forgot about how poorly a similiar trade for Porzingis went a few years ago. There's no way this puts them over the Nuggets at full strength. And then you have to deal with all the baggage Kyrie brings, whispering poison into Luka's ear. I wanted it to be the Lakers just so Westbrook would land on the Nets and sabotage them in the playoffs. As is, I think Durant and a bunch of role players could still take the Cavs to the limit in the first round ... if the seedings work out that way. |

Nets don't want Ayton cause Nic Claxton is actually better now, I think smartest move for Phx is to immediately trade Ayton. Ayton for Anunoby would have been perfect for them but can't now cause Toronto just got Poeltl back. |
