 '10 WoKJ NFL Pick'Em Game [Sign Up Thread] (Wk1 @ Sep 5th) What’s up everyone, Im back as your host! (yay!  )... WELCOME! its FOOTBALL, Bitches! Its almost here, SEPTEMBER!  This is how previous seasons have ended and hopefully all of our past winners will play and try to reclaim the title of WOKJ BEST NFL GAME PREDICTOR and pretty much… elsewhere, some of these guys have had better scores than those so-called “NFL Experts”, anywaaaays… 2004-05: BacktotheFuture (162-94)
2005-06: BacktotheFuture (171-85)
2006-07: Chris (161-94)
-Superbowl: baumer72
2007-08: Passionate Thug (170-86)
-Superbowl: Knight Viper AKA Viperman
2008-09: Trixster (168-87-1)
-Superbowl: Passionate Thug
2009-10: BacktotheFuture (174-82)
-Superbowl: Rev If you’re new to the game the rules are pretty simple: (READ THEM!)  • Each week you must predict who will win each respective NFL game. No point spreads. No score predictions. Just pick the winner. Every win counts as +1, losses dont matter because there worth nothing. • All picks MUST be in before that week's games begin, meaning all picks will be in before Sunday at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m PCT, with exception to weeks 1 and 10 to 16 where there are Thursday and/or Saturday games (Date and Time will be up for those games) • PLEASE DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT edit your post AFTER the early games have started. If you do, -1 pt for you  (No buts or sorries, i mean it this time). If for whatever reason you want to change the late games, please do it in another post. • The Number of players is unlimited and anyone can participate whenever they want. • I will have the Results every Monday or Tuesday, if something comes up and im not able to post, please feel free to start a new thread with the games posted and I will have your results ready in no time. 1ST GAME BEGINS SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2010
LOOK FOR THE OPENING WEEK THREAD ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 5THFor the Playoffs2010-11 WoKJ NFL Pick’Em Game “Playoff Edition” RULES•If, at the end of Week 17 a tie remains, the following steps between the tied players will be taken until the final order is determined: • Higher number of points (Total score).
• Higher number of better weeks.
• Most +10 pts per week. • Top 12 players of the regular season are eligible to play. • Top 4 will have a bye week during the Wildcard Wknd. The rest will battle it out for survival (randomly selected) • Games are picked straight up (like always). • Pick one lock-of-the-week, indicated by an asterisk* (JUST ONE): • Lock is worth +2 points if won and -2 points if lost.
• If for some reason you forget to put the LOCK OF THE WEEK youre going to lose 2 points. • If you don’t post your predictions, your opponent will win by default. • Every other game is worth +1 if won and 0 points if lost. • Extra points will added to overall score if you have a perfect week (Just Wild Card Wknd [3 points], Divisional Wknd [3 points] and Conference Championships [2 points]). • On Conference Championships and Super Bowl XLV wknd a few Yes and No questions worth 1 point if right and 0 points if wrong will be added. • For example: LaDainion Tomlinson will rush for 120+ yards vs. the Patriots. Yes or No.
• Eli Manning will throw 2+ pass TD’s vs. the Lions. Yes or No. • Predict the total Net yards and total points of every game (persons with the closest numbers will win 1 extra point). • If you want, you can sent Predictions via PM. TIEBREAKER If, at the end of each week there is a tie between opponents, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined: 1. Higher number of points (Total score). 2. Predicted a better number of games correctly. 3. Wins the Lock of the Week. 4. Best Net Points diferencial of all games. 5. Best Net yards diferencial of all in all games.  Sign Up!...
