23 months? Why not just bump it up to a full two years? That bugs me. It's like the judge spun a wheel or something. |

He'll probably serve 18 or so. Maybe less. Depending on his behavior. So he'll be back playing football in 2009 |

itll be less; i wouldnt be surpsed if hes out in under a year. despite these charges; he still aint no thug. |

He should have got more just to set an example that no matter who you are, you don't get special treatment. |

You have to serve at a minimum 85% of a Federal sentence. Thus he has to serve at a minimum 19.55 months. He went in early, so he's already served about one month. So he's got about 18 and a half months left. |
