 23 months... He'll be out of football action for total of 3 seasons. And he still might get suspened by the NFL for another season after he's released. What a way to ruin your career.

Re: 23 months... He should have got more just to set an example that no matter who you are, you don't get special treatment.

Re: 23 months... You have to serve at a minimum 85% of a Federal sentence. Thus he has to serve at a minimum 19.55 months.
He went in early, so he's already served about one month.
So he's got about 18 and a half months left.
