 NBA/MLB Players = Pansies? Seriously?
I mean, I'll watch some games, and the guys will bump into each other and fall down, or like... step on somebody's foot and break their leg...
Are they built out of glass? I mean, if I step on someones foot, my ankle will hurt for a second... but I don't break anything...
If someone's elbow happened to hit my nose, which happens all the time in the NBA, my nose wouldn't start squirting out blood like the pansies on the court.
It really confounds the mind... I mean, football players can break their arm and still won't whine and CONTINUE playing...
I really think they're all girls...
And whats with FOULS?! If YOU run into a guy while driving to the basket and he falls... HE gets the foul?!

I like all those sports, but football is the only one where the players wear tons of protective equipment. On the flip side, basketball players wear no protective equipment. The real sports tough guys were the old time football players that played with minimal protective gear and were ironmen (played both sides of the ball).
I've seen a lot of heroic performances in the NBA with hurt guys playing through the pain. And you could argue that basketball is a much more physically demanding sport than football because you are always running/moving and are playing both sides of the ball for 48 minutes.
Anyhow, it's tough to generalize things like this because you have tough guys and pansies in every sport. All I know for sure is that baseball players do tend to have a higher degree of pansies and it is the least physically demanding sport.
