Post subject:  Cristiano Ronaldo arrested on suspicion of rape.
LONDON (AP) - Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo was arrested Wednesday and questioned on suspicion of rape, reports said.

Scotland Yard said two men went to a police station in London and were questioned in connection with an allegation of a serious sexual assault at a central London hotel.

One of them, said be in his 30s, was released. The other, in his 20s, was arrested and detained at a police station for questioning by members of the police force's Operation Sapphire team, which specializes in rape investigations. Scotland Yard declined to identify the two men or give any other information relating to the allegations.

According to the Press Association and Sky News, the man arrested was 20-year-old Portugal international Ronaldo. The PA reported that the woman said she was seriously sexually assaulted in a penthouse suite at the Sanderson Hotel in central London on Oct. 2.

"We're not commenting at the moment," Manchester United director of communications Phil Townsend said.

Ronaldo arrived at Old Trafford two seasons ago and played a starring role in the club's FA Cup success in 2004, scoring in the final in a 3-0 triumph over Millwall at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.

Cristiano Ronaldo annoys me. He's got buck teeth, yet he models. His skin is awful yet he models. He's about as charismatic as a large lump of graphite, yet he models.

He should just do what every other grossly overpaid footballer in the world needs to do - stop thinking we care about them, shut up and kick the fucking ball. Im serious - I don't want to see David Beckham pimping me razor blades. Seriously I don't.

The sooner footballers realise that their egos are utterly unjustified the better. Because kicking a ball? Aint so hard. If anyone dedicates their life as fully to the game as some of these players im pretty sure they could make it too.

You watch football/soccer????

He is a great player and so is David Beckham, there is also kaka who models and plays amazingly, so earning extra cash doesnt harm anyone.

This just in:

A police spokesman has revealed that they were unable to get a semen sample from the woman raising the rape allegations against Ronaldo, when asked why she said "he done a lot of dribbling but didn't get anywhere inside the box".... the case continues.
