 Re: 2008 NFL Draft
Henne is re-uniting with Long.
Now they just need Manningham/Arrington/Hart.

Detroit needs to trade Kitna for a backup QB, start Stanton and just REBUILD.
I can't stand it every year! They're SO stupid.

 Re: 2008 NFL Draft
I don't follow the draft that closely, but I wish someone would explain to me why the Patriots are a #10 draft pick, though they made it to the Super Bowl? I thought draft picks were arranged from the worst teams to the best.

I thought draft picks were arranged from the worst teams to the best. They made a trade last year with San Fransisco for a player, and New England got SF's first round pick, which was #7. Then they traded that pick to New Orleans for the #10 pick.

 Re: 2008 NFL Draft
The Chiefs were the kings of the draft getting 3 starters on Day 1. Dorsey will be a huge impact from the beginning and will give the Chiefs defense a huge push. Alberts will be huge too and can play G or T for them to help that poor offensive line. Flowers was a steal too in the second round and should also start.

 Re: 2008 NFL Draft
I must say that the Giants are doing great in the Draft. Especially since they are picking last as the result of being the Super Bowl Champions.
But they get a nice WR that goes with a well stocked offense - they can now do the Pats 4/5 WR.
and 2 def players who are said to be NFL starter types.
A great team gets better. Scary.

USC - 7 picks in first 2 rounds or 7 picks out of the first 69 players - pretty impressive.
