At the Yankee game tonight, friggin nuts! Boy did the Twins suck it up 0-13 in the post season against the Yankees. How can a team dominate so much and just always falter in the post season against a single team, still fun to give them an edge, but wow that is choking on a Yankee '10 September level. Yankees will still not repeat! Grill, the entire Press Box agrees!
I'm done though, texting this on the Berry, Enjoy your Saturdays everyone.

Re: 2010 Major League Baseball Discussion
Well Gun, why? Just look at the Twins batting averages without M and M. That is the big reason why. Pretty Pathetic.
And then look at Mauer the last 2 years. Very Average and no Power in the Playoffs.
***
And LOL that no one says the Yankees can't win. Anyone can win 4 in a series at a time now.
Like I said before. CC, Petiette and Hughes had 21 wins, 11 in 1/2 season and 18 wins. Who says they can't match the Phillies big 3. Also the Phillies are playing a weak Reds team.
And on the hitters, again, look at how many different hitters they have to pick each other up.
Think no one had a great average/power series but most came through sometime when it was needed. It was a total team winning series. Unlike the twins Mauer, Thome and Others.
And same with the relief pitchers, lots came through
And MO gets 3 out of 3 in save attempts
So we will see how the next 7 game series goes. I still say anything is possible. Especially since Jeter just is starting to heat up and Arod hasn't done much lately.

I'm done though, texting this on the Berry, Enjoy your Saturdays everyone. Walking up this morning and thinking about this again, still gotta lol at Gun. Is this guy serious. I am glad that others LOL at my Gun parody yesterday so others think he is a phony also. I personally think I do a better Gun than he does. So Gun, the whole press box agrees. So every one gun!!!! O my god, I wonder if the Yankees will be too scared to show up??? And Gun, I imagine that these are public people so name them so I can see on the internet what they are saying. Also just like the game before when you didn't give Petiette any credit for a great pitched game. Now you do the same to Hughes. What did he do, give up like 3 hits? LOL. Gun you are a joke. So Gun tell me which of the 3 Yankee starters isn't good enough to have a chance at a win? I think they all can but you must not. CC, Petiette and Hughes all pitched great. Also Gun as again you aren't looking at the other team. It doesn't see like Lee is pitching on short rest. So if Lee has to pitch a Game 5. Then he won't be available to Game 3 of the next series. So whatever Gun on the whole press box saying the Yankees don't have a chance to win. Whatever o Yankee Hater and Red Sox Lover. Also you can add what you think are the Yanbkee weak spots right now...because to me they don't have any real ones...and they look like the team that that had the best record in baseball for almost the whole year and clearly for the first 150 games of the year. So Gun, Jealous Much, LOL at Gun and the Same Old Tired Story. Blah, Blah, blah. .

Hey worthless fool/post whore. Notice how you check me out before going to other threads. And since I am out all day from 9 AM or right now to about midnight, I was up at 6 to do some errands around the house before leaving. And I didn't even get on KJ or the internet for an hour after waking up. And like I mentioned above, I was still LOL at Gun's stupid post from last night. So whatever loser, who was posting about me pretty early on a Sunday morning. Jealous Much. PS. Let's Go Yankees. Two in a Row!

And Munk, I don't give a fuck what you say or think. Especially since you never post any comments or facts at all. And you caring shows you have no life at all. Anyway, as I am going to watch football from 10 to 9 PM in addition to walking around the local street fair outside the bar. Of course I will be checking in what people will be saying on the football and baseball games. But that is because I care and like to straighten people out. Unlike you who never says anything. And big deal if I post something during a commercial TV break a couple of times during the day. I don't give a fuck what you think. And anyway, yesterday I was at the bar watching college football and baseball and I saw plenty of people texting comments to freinds. Both froends at my table and people throughout the bar. So whatever. Bye Bye Loser.

Tampa leading 2-0. Still wondering if Lee should have started today on 4 days. Then he could always pitch Game 1 against Yankees. So stupid.
And Gun neither of the Texans are winning today. LOL.

It seems Rangers play better on the road. So Lee will throw a no-hitter, shutout complete game or perfect game and the Rangers win their first series ever.

Because of this game 5, they won't be able to start Lee until game 3 (game 2 at the earliest). Yup. Said that myself earlier. Poor Gun, he is running out of teams to pick against the Yankees. LOL.

1. Philly 2. Yankees 3. Rays 4. Rangers 5. Reds 6. Giants 7. Twins 8. Braves
The Twins would be much higher if Morneau was healthy. Very Good Order. Only the Giants should have been higher. Edit. This is old. He did it before the playoffs started.

Boy the Twins and the Reds have been duds in these playoffs.
The Twins for the 2nd year in a row. And Krem, guess you shouldn't have worried at all about the Reds offense.

Re: 2010 Major League Baseball Discussion
Should be interesting to see how Philly pitchers handle like 8 days off between starts. Will they be as strong?
And still LOL at Gun. Wonder if he spent the whole weekend with *everyone* that was in the press box discussing how the Yankees will lose. LOL. Everyone!!! What a blow-hard he is.
But as he is a a noted Red Sox Lover, Yankee Hater, he has been posting crap all season wrong that has always come out wrong.
So with the Yankees still standing tall and strong after the Regular Season and the First Round Sweep of Gun's World Series Pick, can't wait to see who makes it out of Game 5 of the other series.

Grill wrote: And Krem, guess you shouldn't have worried at all about the Reds offense. Guess I shouldn't have. The Reds were the best offensive and defensive team in NL this year; in this series they had more errors (7) than runs (4). Grill wrote: Should be interesting to see how Philly pitchers handle like 8 days off between starts. Will they be as strong? To answer that question, you just need to look back one week. Halladay's last start before Game 1 was on September 27th - and he pitched a no-hitter. Hamels' last start before yesterday was a 2-inning warmup session against Atlanta on October 2nd - and he pitched a 5-hit complete game shutout. Granted, Oswalt was rusty on Friday (he also pitched as a reliever on October 2nd), but I'm sure he can rebound easily. So I'm not worried about rust at all.
