 Re: 2011 College Football Season
Yeah hopefully OKS or Texas beat the shit out of them. If it wasn't for penalities ,injuries & turnovers, FSU had a shot to win it.
FUCKING DAMN IT!!!!

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
Looks like the Big 12 is in limbo now after the Pac 12 decided to stay at twelve teams. With the news that Missouri could be going to the SEC as well, I don't know what the Big 12 intends to do. The sports hosts here all think they need to head to the Pac 12 and that the Big 12 is dead or will be at some point. Personally, I think they can salvage the Big 12 and just invite other teams of decent quality but the hosts here are all obsessed with how many "tv sets" get brought in with a possible expansion team.

Clemson looked great over Florida State yesterday. They are off to a great start.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
I think Clemson should be in the discussion for the national title after dominating Va Tech in Blacksburg. This is their best start since 2000, and their next three games are very easy. Georgia Tech and South Carolina are their toughest games left. I have my doubts they can jump over the SEC winner, Big 12 winner, and Stanford. They would need a lot of help to get into that race, but they are still in great shape to play in a major bowl.

They may win the ACC, but that doesn't mean they're a good team cause they're are no good teams in the ACC. Well Georgia Tech got beat by the worse team in the ACC in Virginia. Clemson always seem to have trouble in Maryland but they won and I like their chances the rest of the way. Never said they are winning the national title but go to the Orange Bowl. The good news is they would get the Big East which is horrible this year. Clemson is also a good team. They beat Auburn and dominated Virginia Tech in Blacksburg which is a very tough place to play.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
Clemson wins again, and this time dominated. They might have given up 38 points but 14 of those points the 3rd and 4th teamers were on the field. Anny time you score 59 point that is impressive.

What an unbelievable ending to the Michigan State Game. Wisconsin fans must be sick. They are out of the title race and Oklahoma might be out if they don't turn it around in the second half.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
Oklahoma goes down so the top 5 should be really shook up tomorrow. My guess for the top five 1 LSU 2 Alabama 3 Oklahoma State 4 Clemson 5 Stanford (I think Boise having trouble with Air Force will hurt them in the polls).

I can think of a few better endings.
Because I fucking hate Michigan State.
Boise will be ranked #4 in the poll today. Guaranteed.

Boise will be ranked #4 in the poll today. Guaranteed. I wouldn't guarantee that as Boise struggled against a poor Air Force Team while Stanford and Clemson demolished their teams. I think one or both will be ranked ahead of Boise when all said is done. Also, Boise needs a lot of help to get into the title game. Their SOS is horrible, when your only quality win is Georgia you can forget it. They need Oklahoma State, Clemson, and Stanford all to lose and hell I think the loser of the Alabama/ LSU game would get in the title game before Boise.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
If you're talking FINAL PLAY endings, it was Top 5.
But better endings in general? The Michigan-ND game THIS YEAR tops it.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
BCS is out. OSU wins out they are in. A 1 loss SEC team passing them is impossible. Every other team I'm not so sure. Stanford could probably hold off an sec team.
Right now Boise should focus on winning out and reaching a BCS game so they can beat yet another big name school.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
Boise needs to be one of two undefeated teams to have a shot at the Championship.
Otherwise, they're out.

Otherwise, they're out. I agree both Stanford and Clemson would beat out Boise. I also wouldn't be shocked to see the LSU/Alabama loser edge them out in the standings.

Forgot about them, I guess I just can't see them going unbeaten. If they do they would be up there. Houston is even in worse shape than Boise. There could be no unbeaten teams and they still would have no chance.

Boise always has the Georgia win. Won't be hopped by a one loss team.

But I actually like Boise's chances honesty. KState will lose to someone eventually, OState can easily lose to OU, Stanford can easily lose to Oregon, and Clemson is bound to lose (though it may happen in the ACC championship game). They just need to not screw up like they did last year. If Clemson loses it will probably happen in the South Carolina game. I think they can beat Va Tech again. They don't match up well against Clemson. South Carolina being their rivals could upset them. It worries me the most right now. Georgia Tech could give them some trouble, but their defense is horrible right now.

 Re: 2011 College Football Season
It's almost 0% chance Boise is losing this year. No top 15 road game to deal with this time. They'll be undefeated and get their BCS bowl. I think they should stay in the MWC as well since being undefeated in the BE isn't a guarantee of playing in the NC game even against a 1 loss SEC or Big 12. They should just be happy with their "guaranteed" BCs spot already.
