No, the Bears are just inept on offense. It's true. both are true.

Some Patriots fan you are. No, I think they're going undefeated. But if by some wacky occurrence, ala Tom Brady getting hurt, then I do think they have a slim chance of losing in Dallas, but still next to none.

Munkatouille wrote: Excel wrote: whose gonna beat em? The WORST I see them doing is 13-3... Mainly because they play Dallas, Indy, and Baltimore all on the road. Dallas Indy Baltimore That's how they rank in terms of difficulty. They'll pick apart Baltimore. Baltimore has a very good defense as we all know, but it's beatable. If Arizona can score 23 points against them, I think the Patriots can probably do at least just as well. And if the Patriots score that many points, Baltimore isn't going to be hanging in with them for long. I think the Indy game will end up as a shootout. But for the first time ever, I finally see our offense being able to keep with Indy's offense. And as for the defensive side of the ball, I like our chances. As for Dallas, I think this is going to be a very good game to watch, if not for the Randy Moss/T.O. plotpoint. But once again, the only thing that scares me about this game is playing in Dallas, and the fact that we never see them. I think the Patriots are going to win this game, but it wouldn't surprise me if Dallas pulls an upset. With all of this in mind, there is no chance the Patriots are going to go undefeated. They'll most likely go 14-2.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
diffculty goes
1. Indianapolis-most balanced of the teams; though of course pats will out score em
2. Dallas-best offense, but again pats will outscore em
3. pittsburg - pats will outplay both was
However game they are most likely to lose is week 16 in Miama, as they will be 14-0 and first round bye locked up, so brady, maroney, moss, and co. will all come out and of coruse we always lose late season to miami in miami.

If Belichick has a chance to go undefeated, he WILL go for it. He won't bench the starters.

It's like the Saints forgot how to throw it to Colston.
FOUR catches?!?
He's HUGE. Throw him the ball. He'll catch it.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Titans are gonna make the playoffs. Vince Young could be MVP if Brady/Moss split.
Of course it's only week 3 so MVP talk is silly.

through 3 games brady has 900 yards, 10 touchdowns, 1 interception, and a 142 passer rating.
Moss has been excellent, but thats your mvp right there so far; but tis only 3 weeks in.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
If Brady keeps this up... and Randy still gets 100 ypg... Brady still should EASILY win the MVP.

Brady/Moss won't even come close to splitting. A wide receiver has never won the MVP (to my knowledge, I didnt fact check this), and I don't think voters will want Moss to be the first. I think this could be Brady's year for MVP. Though, it could end up like that incredibly lame year where Manning and McNair split it, despite Manning having much better stats, winning the division over McNair and BEATING the Titans twice on the year.

I was forced to pick up Griese in 2 of my leagues because of that change...
And no, I didn't have Rex in either.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
if brady somehow kept these numbers up; it would go down one of the best if not THE best single season ever for a qb.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
So I was reminiscing with some friends from work tonight and TOTALLY remembered that...
I've MET Donovan McNabb. Hah. I can't even believe I forgot. He came into my old work with his family and played mini golf.
I feel special for remembering.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Man that last drive by the Jets was absolutely pathetic. They tried way too hard to be like the Patriots with their dump and run passes, but unlike the Patriots, they forgot that they had to move down the field a little bit faster and with bigger plays.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Hester = The best returner ever
Bears Offense = INCREDIBLY SHITTY. Can't catch a pass. Can't run the ball. Can't not throw interceptions. The only thing good about the offense right now is the O-Line.
