Rough night for Boise in all phases. Yet still leading by 15.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
I find it amusing that how most media are claiming Auburn is now the best team after beating Arkansas and LSU at home, while conveniently forgetting their struggle against Kentucky and Clemson, also at home. In fact, they have played 6 out of the 8 games at home, while Boise State played only 3 out of 7. At least Oregon hasn't had a close game late in the fourth quarter yet.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
I thought they played Kentucky AT Kentucky?
Also, if that's correct, then they've played TWO away games, in which they ESCAPED in both.
@ Miss State, and @ Kentucky. Won by 3 both times.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
I'm loving all these highly ranked road teams on the road getting their ass kicked, but I doubt any of us expected MI St or MO to run the table.
USC (a team I despise) gets their crack at Oregon. I heard a stat during the week that Oregon's opponents had a 10-20? something record and a majority of those wins were by Stanford. I'm dying to see them get beat straight up by USC to expose that phony team. Anyones offense can look spectacular against garbage...
Then we have Auburn taking on Ole Miss. Ole Miss has been close but they are extremely streaky, so I hope they can actually show up for this game.
Finally, I would like PSU to actually win a meaningful home game and OU will blow CO right out the Big 12 tonight.

Yay for undefeated teams losing!
Here's to hoping for a Boise/TCU Championship game!

God no, Boise and TCU have to beat two of the precious big schools so the BCS protectors will cry in their sleep

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
They'll cry if two non-traditional teams make the title game. And it guarantees that one of them will win. If Boise/TCU made the Championship and LOST, a playoff may never come.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
I think Alabama will win out. They had their bad game and if they out they are in the National Title game. Who has Boise or TCU played. I agree the system should change since the BCS is the worse system in pro sports and we need a playoff system. But with the current system I am thinking it will be Oregon vs Alabama for the NT. I don't see Oregon losing tonight. USC is terrible their 5 wins have come against bad teams.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
Oregon won't go undefeated with the remaining schedule they have. Auburn will lose to Alabama. TCU will lose to Utah. And in the end, the championship will be Alabama vs. Boise State, and BCS folks will pad themselves on the back again and trying to convince people the system got it right once more.

Oregon doesn't play a ranked team the rest of the season. The only team that can beat them is OSU and that is it.

In the end I see them losing to Oregon State. A rivalry game on the road against a previously ranked team who may still be playing for the conference championship if they run the table. They have spoiled each other's dream before (like 2000 and 2008).

I do think that OSU game will be huge it should be a hell of a game.
