 Re: March Madness
Louisville is starting to blow this game apart. Michigan State looked awful in these last few possessions.

 Re: March Madness
Yeah, that was a good game. Ohio State looks like it will avoid the Big 10 sweep. The are winning comfortably over Cincy right now.

 Re: March Madness
The Big Ten will probably only have Ohio State left unless Indiana wins.
Edit I spoke a little soon. Cincinnati has made a comeback. If they don't watchout this will be a bad day for the Big Ten.

 Re: March Madness
Go games today all around.
Here is how the elite eight looks in terms of conferences:
Big East (2) - Louisville, Syracuse Big XII (2) - Baylor, Kansas SEC (2) - Florida, Kentucky ACC (1) - North Carolina Big 10 (1) - Ohio State
So pretty even all around.

 Re: March Madness
Big comeback by Louisville, they have been very hot the last month. They will be tough to play in the next round.

 Re: March Madness
Whoever says this has been a boring tournament is sadly mistaken. This tournament has had great game after great game. Just because there has been no buzzer beaters does not mean the tournament hasn't been exciting. Louisville makes a comeback here. Kansas makes a comeback versus Purdue. North Carolina goes to overtime versus a 13 seed! Two, yes, two fifteen seeds upset two seeds in the opening weekend. A shootout between Kentucky and Indiana, and I'm only getting started.

 Re: March Madness
Ohio St is playing up to what kenpom ranking suggested.
If Kentucky advances as expected tomorrow, the whole state of Kentucky will probably be shut down next Saturday for the UK/Louisville game; big rivalry, Pitino against his former team, etc.

 Re: March Madness
Syracuse really gave themselves no chance in the last 4 minutes. They had way too many turnovers to come back. Not sure what happened to them there.

 Re: March Madness
Louisville plays great defense, so they could beat them. They almost beat them earlier this year. And I figure even if Kentucky wins, the title will probably be vacated :p

 Re: March Madness
Wow, so on my ESPN bracket somehow I am in the 88th percentile and had three of the final four. Too bad that like the Yahoo one I had Missouri going so far.
The Kentucky game today was the first game in a while that wasn't competitive really. Up until then most of the games had really been exciting.

 Re: March Madness
Final Four is this weekend. Kentucky looks near impossible to beat, so as a Jayhawk fan, I am totally okay with losing this weekend, there is no shame in losing to anyone of these teams.

If they beat Kentucky, it'd be one of the biggest upsets in Final Four history. No way, the biggest upset will remain Villanova beating two top 5 teams in the final four in 1985. Nova was a 8 seed and the lowest team ever to win the National title. NC State over Houston remains a close second. Everybody thought Houston was going to blow NC State away. And if Kentucky wins I still think the title will be vacated. Calipari is a slimeball and probably has done something illegal there. His previous final four teams were vacated at UMass and Memphis.

 Re: March Madness
Louisville gave Kentucky all they could handle but couldn't pull it off. Their poor shooting did them in. Kansas- Ohio State was a great game and I hope Kansas beats Kentucky.

 Re: March Madness
Has a team ever produced the top two picks in the draft before? Or three lottery picks?
Then again, Kansas' crunch time play has been just as impressive as the starpower of Kentucky.

 Re: March Madness
Last night was intense, still recovering. But sadly, I don't see it happening again Monday.

I don't give a shit about college basketball, but I do have one question: why the fuck doesn't Anthony Davis shave his unibrow?

 Re: March Madness
People have been focusing on Kentucky's defense, but in fact they have an even better offense according to Kenpom's pace-neutral rating, and they're showing it tonight, like they were against Indiana. The 16-point difference feels like 20+.

 Re: March Madness
95.7 percentile for my ESPN bracket. Winner of KJ bracket.
And Kentucky is the least SEC ever. Get the fuck over yourself. The SEC was one of the worst conferences. Just happened to have a good team or two.
