 Re: 2009 College Football Season
BYU vs FSU.
How does BYU get blownTF out at home by FSU who then goes and gets hammered by South Florida? BYU is going to be kicking itself. I expect TCU to be able to beat them otherwise things will suck since they'll all have a loss.
the Miami OU game just lost a bit of luster but the Miami performance is encouraging to me. I fully expect OU to hand them loss #2 next saturday.
LSU is going to lose at some point this season. Totally unimpressive.
Boise State's win gets more impressive with Oregon blowing Cal off the map. Oregon may have derailed Best's Heisman campaign as well.

 Re: 2009 College Football Season
Really awesome for Boise. That Oregon Win was impressive. They should Be back in the Top 25 and give Boise a pretty good Argument for a Top 5 spot.

 Re: 2009 College Football Season
Cal just does this every year. Could never capitalize on an early USC loss.
Terrible day for the ACC.
Excellent for Boise.

 Re: 2009 College Football Season
Boise State is #5 in both polls. MM. no chance at the national championship game however with that Schedule even if Oregon wins the Pac 10.
TCU in the top 10 of the Coaches.
OU moving on up again. USC being ahead of them however I don't like. How the heck does that happen?
Oregon should be in the 25 of the AP as well.

If the top teams keep losing all around and Oregon wins out, they have to get a shot. Against a 1 loss OU or TX or OSU or Florida or Alabama...as you see the list goes on and on. The Oregon win is impressive and would be if Oregon wins out but that still isn't going to make up for the suckiness of the conference they play in. Now if TCU wins out then they could have a legitimate case.

 Re: 2009 College Football Season
Oklahoma just has no playmakers at WR or TE. It felt like it was nothing but run on 1st or run on 3rd and long throughout the whole game. I couldn't take it. The team just can't score.
Good for Boise St and TCU to continue winning though.

 Re: 2009 College Football Season
This loss falls squarely on Rich Rod for benching Forcier. I don't give a shit if he had two 3&outs in a row... He's the QUARTERBACK. Robinson should never throw deep... EVER, that's why he's the BACKUP.

EVER, that's why he's the BACKUP. I totally agree with that. Forcier is the QB and you live and die by his actions. I'd rather take 3 and outs versus INTs. I was rooting for MI this game as it's the only way PSU is gonna get back in the race because it's looking harder to find a loss by IA. Maybe they'll get surprised by a weaker team. I still can't this crappy team is 6-0 and that they walked into HV and shut down the crowd. That loss still lingers with me. On a brighter note, Sam Bradford is Back! OU definitely has a chance against TX now. TCU stays undefeated. Sucks they gave up a TD with a minute to go. Boise has a big game with Tulsa this wednesday. LSU was completely shut down at home. Florida is just a gritty solid team that seems like they just will themselves to victories. Their first drive only ended in 3 points but they just marched down the field with a bunch of rushing plays. It was fun and dreadful at the same time. Ok State is probably still wondering how they lost to Houston and Houston is wondering how they fuck the lost to UTEP.

I know it's a game against Delaware State... but Michigan looks really superb. 28 points in the first quarter is ridiculous.

Texas will have 0% chance of a title this year if they lose today.
