Yes, I'm quite excited about the charges Ernie and Woody are making.

WOW! Tiger's first three-putt couldn't have come at a worse time. Looks like a play-off is in the cards now...

But it wasn't Tiger's fault, must have been an imperfection with the green.

Re: 89th PGA Championship - Southern Hills
Woody had a shot to tie Tiger but missed. I guess the only way to catch Tiger is if Tiger himself makes more mistakes. Like that three putt.
Looks like Els about to bogey the 16th.

He got back the mistake on 14th (bogey) with a birdie on 15th. Tigers back with a 2 shot lead. Levy wrote: TIGER BITES BACK! That should be it... -8 Tiger (15) -6 Woody (16) -5 Els (16) HOLY SHIT! Ames playing along with Tiger is +7 for the day and +3 for the tourney.

Re: 89th PGA Championship - Southern Hills
now all he needs to do is win all four majors next year and be only 1 away from Jack's total.

xiayun wrote: Besides Tiger, the only person from the top 10 I could see shooting a 65 or better is Ernie. He is putting pretty well, but he needs to keep the occasional big numbers away like the double today and the triple at British's third round. Woody Austin did also make a run, but his 67 is about as good as he could've shot, unlike Ernie, who left a few shots out there and felt he could've shot a 63. Still big prop to him, and hope he could win the Master one of those years.
