 MLB: biggest chance of blowing their first place lead? right now we have boston up by 1.5, chicage at 3.5, LA at 2, atlanta at 4.5 st louis at 13.5, and san diego at 5.5 (at a mere .500)
i say chicago's fading fast, and clevelands on too big of a tear to slow down now...plus, there's 5 more games between the two teams...NY will steal the WC as well and chicago will be no where...every other team pretty much has their division locked up except the sox (my team). although with manny ortiz and schilling they can edge it out...either way i say 2 play off spots come from the AL east

i would love to see atlanta choke and let the phillies or marlins get division and wild card. with san diego lose and go to san fran. white sox will make it as wild but eliminated in round 1 by the indians. Indians and red sox face off to get to world series and have a rematch of last year with sox losing in 6

I think both the Yankees and Cleveland will be atop their division by the end of the year. Boston will be the wild card and Chi Sox will be out.
