 Re: Blink Twice
Nepotism kid Zoe Kravitz judges other rich people while getting paid to take a nice vacation. Then she solves the wealth gap with girlboss power. Great story.

 Re: Blink Twice
What if Jordan Peele was a dumb “Girlboss”?
And I can appreciate the idea of trigger warnings*, but this one is kind of completely unnecessary, and (if I had liked this) would've been ruinous. The set up without the warning already barely has tension because we know (and the lead knows) something's up. The warning, while admirably trying to be empathetic, just kind of causes the film to shoot itself in the head. It's DOA.
It briefly has a thought in its head with the idea of the difference between forgiveness and forgetfulness but that thought lasts a second.
*If we’re going to have trigger warnings before movies now, what’s the point of the MPAA ratings descriptions? Maybe we should allow the horror movie to be horrific?
Not the worst movie of the year but certainly the dumbest.
1.5/5
And to go full blown misogynist...those are the five women you're bringing to the island? Eiza Gonazles 2 is hot and I have a soft spot for Maeby. But gaptooth (and double twist, she's been brought there twice!), afro white girl, and Big Blunts (or whatever the fuck her nickname was)?

 Re: Blink Twice
I thought this was really well-done and surprising. Adria Arjona steals every scene she is in.
