A movie that wastes too much of its great cast and in order to evoke those early 90's action thriller vibe forgets to give decent action, thrills and great mystery. Shiloh Fernandez does well but the story around him is so stale that its a torcher to sit through and those neon lights throughout the movie might give you migrane in the end. The final twist is also not compelling and the good build up are rather resolved easily.
