The movie has visual brilliance and some really good ideas but it is unable to coher its ideas into a meaningful story or deliver a strong emotional payoff for the initial build-up. The movie is also really slow with some really lengthy speeches but its the finale that disappointed me the most. The main story gets lost somewhere within the speeches.
