This was SO MUCH fun. The gore is tons and equally the laughs. The final section was a little too much and werewolf, girls night out sections were too small and not good enough but other than that this was a fun ride. I believe this year's best horror comedy packaged in an anthology series.

I know a lot of people enjoyed this movie and I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn't for me unfortunately. I wasn't a fan of the type of humor in this at all which just felt like the kind of stuff that mostly hipster's would find funny or hilarious at least it seemed that way when they wrote it. I really did enjoy the gore in some of the segments though which ranged from decent to just okay, but overall none of them really stood out IMO. I have seen much worse horror anthologies, especially the really low budget ones, but I thought The Mortuary Collection was much better than this.
