Sally Hawkins powers this maze of a movie which navigates the mind of a schizophrenic. The movie also successfully blends the pain of the family members along with troubles of being a patient. Most times it is hard to follow because it switches from one scene to another but you eventually get used to the style of the movie and its a great journey from there on. I felt David Thewlis was wasted in here and his half essentially occupies the middle half of the movie and the dark humor was also missing here. The end really connects everything to a satisfying conclusion but is never heartfelt.

This is recommended for Sally Hawkins' powerhouse performance alone.
