Inception mixed with Pirates of Caribbean like creatures and we get Coma. This was surprisingly good and the visuals are really good for this kind of movie. For the time we are still in the "Coma" world its an edge of thriller just wished they could have shown urgency in some scenes and brought more focus on discovering powers. The finale in real world and the twist are both serviceable but whatever the "Coma" world is fascinating to watch.

I really loved the innovative and creative visuals in this. Inception is a good comparison, but I would say that it takes that concept even further. If the characters were a little more memorable I really do think this could have been something great, but for what it is it's still a pretty solid little Russian sci-fi/fantasy film.
