Zoey Deutch was great. The film tackles an interesting concept but is a bit all over the place tonally which makes it hard for it to leave a lasting impression. Worth seeing for Deutch's performance though. B

I need to watch this. Excited to see Noah Reid in something other than Schitt's Creek.

Good to see Zoey Deutch's performance but its otherwise repetitive and not very compelling. Its hard to watch a movie when you cannot connect with the central character who is not given any trait other than being a money chaser.

This is definitely hanging out on The Wolf of Wall Street's lawn, but it works. I share quite a few big laughs with Zoey Dutch and her crew of misfits. While none of the characters are particularly likeable, they are all funny and that's good enough for me. The ending was a bit corny, but probably better than the main character facing little to no consequences for their actions like in Wolf and Hustlers (which, unlike Buffalo, were based on real stories where awful people do tend to get away with things.)
