Bump for Dil.

I remember this being very atmospheric but overall a disappointing movie. Really liked Pena in this movie but the horror elements just weren't enough.

This possession horror pic had some unnerving moments. The deteriorating state of the young woman (believably played by Olivia Taylor Dudley) and the helplessness she experienced were unsettling to watch. The story was standard but did offer a coherent explanation for the possession. The religious theme was thinly incorporated, though it was an interesting part of the story. Not much was invested in character development. Poor CG almost ruined the well staged exorcism sequence. All in all, it was better than its IMDB score of 4.9 suggested.

67/100

Executed poorly and the whole religious theme is very thinly attached to it with a generic exorcism that's ruined by poor visuals. There are some really good scares during the possession and Olivia Taylor Dudley carries them well. Pena in a small role is very good in here. The hospital and ward scenes though weren't as effective as they were meant to be and those were a big part of the movie.
