Fifty Shades of Black is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Michael Tiddes and starring Marlon Wayans, who is also writing and producing the film. The film is a parody of the 2015 erotic romantic drama film Fifty Shades of Grey. Open Road Films will release the film in North American theaters on January 29, 2016.

Starts well with equal hits and miss but then doubles down on misses. It also does not help that it draws inspiration from a movie that already feels like a poor parody aside from being shiny with a big studio budget.
