Digging for Fire is a 2015 American dramedy directed by Joe Swanberg. It is also co-written by Swanberg and Jake Johnson, Johnson also serves as a producer alongside Swanberg and Alicia Van Couvering. It stars Johnson, Rosemarie DeWitt, Orlando Bloom, Brie Larson, Sam Rockwell, Anna Kendrick and Mike Birbiglia. The film premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2015. The film was released on August 21, 2015 by The Orchard in a limited release and was released on video on demand on August 25, 2015.
