War Pigs
It is just awful. I don't know where to begin, but the whole production is of the same quality as Xena: The Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journey TV series', and all of the performances, dialogue, set pieces, hand-to-hand combat, and costumes are just terrible. In fact, the costumes are pristine, which is just hilarious. It's almost as if someone got given some old World War II memorabilia and thought they should put it to good use, so they made a film. Chuck Liddell is killed in under 7 minutes, Dolph's dodgy French accent remains funny until the end, Luke Goss is a total tool, and Mickey Rourke looks like a burn victim.
The "training" scenes are absolutely dire, and how the writer even begins to suggest that these children's training methods could prepare them for World War II combat is just staggering. One thing made me chuckle, and I think it was an intentional pop at his ex, Grace Jones; Dolph says "I never liked coffee. Strong and black". This film is just the worst, and puts Dolph firmly back into DTV hell as he was when he made Agent Red and Bridge of Dragons.
Sorry Dolph, but I cannot think of one good thing about it.

Re: War Pigs
Yep. Total shit. Not even so-bad-it's-good, because it is just boring, and it feels pieced together by a teenager. Funnily enough I watched the German version, so I couldn't understand the text at the start, but I don't think that mattered.
Oh, I did like the title sequence at the end. That was rather cool.
