It's your typical average laugh comedy. Adam Scott is enjoyable in the lead role and Clark Duke and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are also enjoyable here.

Could have been funnier, but it was pleasant. Richard Jenkins and Adam Scott are pretty good in this, and likeable, and the little Japanese American is super sexy. I was surprised to see Jessica Alba in this as I thought this was more of an indie, and I just don't associate her with these.

The message, loud and clear, from this film is that marriage is bad and evil and never works out. I'm not entirely sure that's a good message to be presenting. Adult children of divorce are also no more likely to have issues than an adult child of a super strong marriage. There are so many factors at play, so it's a bit one-dimensional, but like I said, it's pleasant and humorous.
