Death Warrant is a 1990 action movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. The film was written by David S. Goyer while a student at USC, and was Goyer's first screenplay to be sold and produced commercially.

Hmm, it's ok. Not one of Van Damme's bests, but it does it's job I suppose. The worst thing was to have Patrick Kilpatrick as the big villain, The Sandman, who seemingly can't die and is feared by all. It's good for an early 90s Van Damme martial arts actioner, I suppose, but it wouldn't feature in Van Damme's Top 15 movies.
