Every Day
I enjoyed this family drama with dollops of humour throughout. I'm a sucker for this type of film. It loses steam towards the end, but I found it funny and interesting, with a good cast. The script is pretty damn good. Ezra Miller is perfectly cast as a gay teenager. Liev Schreiber is the bored but content father. Helen Hunt is the run-off-her-feet mother, tending to her dying father, Brian Dennehy. And Eddie Izzard is great as Schreiber's boss; the peculiar, token British supporting role. Oh, and Carla Gugino is wow as the sexy, hot, care-free work colleague.
