 Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Quote: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure is a 1989 American science fiction–comedy buddy film in which two metalhead slackers travel through time in order to assemble a menagerie of historical figures for their high school history presentation.
The film was written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon and directed by Stephen Herek. It stars Alex Winter as Bill S. Preston, Esquire, Keanu Reeves as "Ted" Theodore Logan, and George Carlin as Rufus.

Re: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Such a great movie. Ted Theodore Logan is the role Keanu Reeves was born to play. I can watch this movie and Bogus Journey repeatedly without them getting old. (This is Maxine of Arc, Bob Ghenghis Khan, Socrates Johnson, Dennis Freud, Dave Beethoven, Herman the Kid, and.....and.....Abraham Lincoln)  A

Re: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure This is such an entertaining 80's comedy. I didn't really grow up with either of the Bill & Ted films, but I see why they were so popular back then. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter have such great chemistry and the side characters are a lot of fun as well. Both actors were born to play these roles.

Re: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure This was indeed great. Reeves and Winter are enough goofy and charming at the same time with great chemistry among the two. Loved those stakes here and they really fit these roles very well. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
