I loved it! It was very twisted and well-executed.

It loses its way with regards to its ideas about, well, surveillance and eyewitness accounts, but it's so compelling and riveting that it hardly matters. And the twist, while pretty easy to guess and telegraphed coming a mile away, is still revealed satisfactorily and with a purely Lynchian taste.
The whole thing feels kinda slight by the time it's over, especially when compared to the real Lynch's works, but it's fun while it lasts.

B/B+
This was satisfying. Jennifer Lynch is clearly stealing from her father, but does it in a good way. The film's sick, twisted, evil and I really liked that about it. Its ideas are more ambitious than the film itself manages to be, though. The whole eyewitness accounts aspect could have been done better, but I liked the direction they worked towards.
Unlike trix I did not really see the twist coming. I knew there would be one, but the way it was all turned upside down actually surprised me. Bill Pullman and Julia Ormond delivered some really impressive performances here. Too bad the movie was so little-seen and never received a full theatrical treatment. Certainly better than many generic thrillers out there.
