Its silly DTV garbage with a plotline that is 1984 washed thru a dirty sock and sprinkled with Nazi dressing. But being a weak bastard for this style of film I was mildly entertained.

Nazi loons winning World War 2 with a Stealth Bomber and Nukes which fell through time after an experiment gone wrong = Me Placated
