Pssh, I remember all the haters earlier in the year, now everyone is changing their tune.
Nice teaser.

I love the poster, and I like the teaser though not as much.
Still not one of my more anticipated though.

I enjoyed Peirce Brosnan as James Bond but I gotta say he couldn't pull off this poster.
And while I have always been skeptical of Craig as Bond, this poster makes it look like he really fits the mold and now I, too, can't wait for this. I hope it's a fresh boost in the series.

It looks like a poster for an early 60s movie? Is the movie set then? If so then good choice.
edit: Just watched the teaser, it was better than expected, but the guy playing Bond just has no charisma. The first part of the teaser, the part in black and white, was the best part.

haha you guys are really fickle.
Everyone was so quick to judge this movie based on a casting desicion. One film noir reminiscient trailer and decent poster later and everyone is dying to see it? Way to show Hollywood they don't have us all by the balls.

Nope, they have us by the ovaries.

PEACE, Mike. Whilst I like the poster, I disagree with your statement where this is not generic. It is incredibly generic in terms of the "new wave" of actioners. Gritty, hard and more serious action films replacing the old camp actioners all feature posters that are very similar to this. Collateral, MI3 and Miami Vice come to mind. Theres nothing hugely original about it, but they have chosen the image well and been thoughtful in their simplicity.
Add to that Batman Begins. While I like the trend personally, there is no denying the fact that "gritty and raw" is the new thing to do.

This is a teaser poster, where this image belongs. The Collateral posters in question were final thetrical posters, where the images didn't belong. Just to clear that up.
As for the poster, it looks fantastic. The more I hear about this movie, the more it piques my interest.

So good it makes me want to see the film.
I have hated every Bond film, and haven't gone to the recent ones. This film seems to be going in a grittier direction, and he actually looks like someone who could be a real life Bond.
Kudos, I didn't think I would be interested in this.

If they cut down on the sexual innuendoes by like 95%, maybe they would grab me too! Ill see it eventually, but I've never seen a Bond movie in the theater.

I don't really like the poster. I've never seen a James Bond movie, and I'm not going to start with this one.

Sweet poster. The teaser is alright - the first half is better than the second - but it still doesn't allay my fears about Craig as Bond. He just doesn't look the part. But the film should still be good.

Craig will bring in some male action fans but his fugly looks is going to alienate many casual female fans. The first half is unfortunately just the setup in the beginning in the movie (it seems obvious to me) to establish that he was a tough guy. The second half, which looks in parts like outtakes from Commando, is what the movie will really be like.

If this movie is like the first half instead of the second, it could be the best Bond movie ever. Unfortunately, it'll just be another generic action flick.
