We need to get this movie on the imdb top 250. Im going to vote 10/10 when it comes out. It will be a classic for generations to come. Shit, I want it to sit right next to Shawshank Redepmtion and the Godfather

Top 25? We must aim higher, top 25, no top 10, no #1!

Considering the massive buzz this film has already (I've heard more talk about this film than movies like Superman Returns and other big summer blockbusters), I'll go up a bit...
30/70.

Opening weekend - $10 million
Total gross - $850 million
It will have HUGE Oscar buzz, as every single snake will be nominated for an Oscar.

I bet the snake that gets tasered wins Supp. Actor for the physical problems it went through for the scene.

As of now I predict 20/55. A solid hit for the snakes and Jackson (if the buzz continues, 30/70). The snakes need to rebound after Anacondas.

The buzz has been building on this, I'm seeing a Freddie Vs. Jason/Alien Vs Predator like run at this point.

The most frontloaded big opener of all time:
Opening: 24.5
Total: 46.3 (1.89)
EVERYONE that wants to see will go opening day, just so they can get the midnight screening-esque experience.

In school today, I swear one of my classes broke out in discussion over this film as one kid was trying to explain to our ooold teacher what the movie was about.
Everyone knows about it.

Ya know, when I first read about this, my first thought was this was going to be a pure load of crap. But the reaction at last night's trailer was also very much positive, so I'm thinking it could do well. The title is so straightforward that it's funny, and that can only help.

The audience response to this trailer last night at X3 was insane. Better than any other (yes, even Superman).
28/60, but most likely higher.

Thats not too good for Superman then if it being a comic book movie and not receiving the biggest response in a comic book film
I'll have to see the reaction of the crowd for SOAP before I decide if I want to hike it up to 40 million.

Superman commits the ultimate sin for a comic book movie: It looks dull. If they can't even cut an exciting trailer they're in trouble. If it disappoints or flops heads will roll at Warner Bros. after Poseidon and now this.
