 Clash of the Titans (1981) Clash of the Titans Quote: Clash of the Titans is a 1981 fantasy adventure film based on the myth of Perseus. It was released on June 12, 1981 and was a box office hit, grossing $41.1 million domestically, on a $16 million budget. It was the 11th highest grossing film of the year. A novelization of the film by Alan Dean Foster was published in 1981.
Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are set to release a remake of the film in 3-D on April 2, 2010.

What can you say. Special effects suck, the dialogue is quite cheap & the scenery isn't the best thing in the world BUT it's still fun to watch and you gotta remember when it was made. I give it a strong B.

Who could forget that metallic-looking owl thing? Hilarious (in a good way).
This was a fun movie. Took a lot of liberties from the actual mythological source, but it worked.

I just finished watching it, and it was fantastic. The owl thing was kind of dumb and cant say anything about the effect since it was made in 1981.
i forgot how good this movie was.
