This film really should have moved up a week now that Shrek is becoming less and less of a factor.

It doesn't look like it will pull a huge opening, so moderate Pixar level, say $55-64 m.

It will benefit from the long weekend, but Transformers will take alot of its audience away.

And then HP5 in its 3rd weekend, is an automatic -50% pretty much.

Then the HP7 book in its 4th weekend, I think could very well have some type of effect on the box office as a whole (as it likely the pop culture event of the year), so alot of kids will be distracted.

HP hurts Ratatouille not only in its 3rd weekend, but its 4th as well. For it to have legs, it needs more breathing room...
