I said it in the House thread, but House increased out of AI in A18-49. Insanity.

Veronica Mars did awful again. I can't see how The CW can justify renewing it.

Solid for the Gilmore Girls finale.

Nothing to really write home about. It's up from recent weeks, but it's not even its best rating this season.

Bostol Legal continues to do solid business though DWTS is being wasted as a lead in... it doesn't seem to have too big an effect on BL.

wow. we're looking a possibly the worst AI finale in both talent and viewers.

And House is supposedly riding AI's coattails.

I hope this means Fox will finally wise up and move House so it can help some other show and leave the post-Idol spot for a new series. We'll see tomorrow.

Here's my idea. Instead of being assholes and moving house around, why don't they instead move idol around? That show will do well anywhere. Im sick of them moving shows I want around to make it less convenient for watching. Fuck fuck fuck Fox.

People are officially fed up with AI this year, I think.

It's still pulling in about 2 million more viewers than any other show. I don't think its days are numbered just yet.

You know, you make a great point. I think House will do well elsewhere, but not as well as where it is. It's doing very well on Tuesday nights. But Idol is guaranteed strong ratings anywhere it goes. I think Wednesday and Thursday would be a good move. Help make Bones a bigger hit on Wednesdays, and you don't suck on Thursdays. I know a lot of people (Libs, in particular) would hate the idea, but FOX needs to make these moves.

But, on the flip side of things, FOX has a small hit right now with 5th Grader on Thursdays. If it maintains the 9 million numbers, they should try something else at 9pm that's as simple-minded and easy-to-watch. However, I think 5th Grader will tank by its return in the fall. Once it takes any sort of hiatus, it's going to sink.

Couldn't have said it better myself. With three bland no talent singers left, the Amercian public is slowly leaving the show as shown by its decline it ratings every week. They better get some better talent next year or many might jump the shark on AI. I can't believe I just said that about the biggest show on TV.

I don't know how many claims like this can continue to be made as we move to a less static viewing schedule.

Viewership is down by an average of 2.5 million viewers. But Idol is down by about 7.

House is rumored to be moving to Sundays at 8 which I think would be a great move.
