I saw a few clips about four days ago or so on Extra, or one of those shows that airs at 7pm, and it looked really lame. Her legs were so fake looking. The CGI or whatever it was on her legs was crappy.

If the rest of the episodes are like that, this thing won't last more than five weeks. You'd figure they're trying to hint at the best they've got, but if that's it, they're fucked.
NBC should just show Heroes, The Office, 30 Rock, Scrubs, My Name is Earl, and ER, plus the late night shows, on a continous loop.

I won't be watching it but it didn't look THAT bad!
But one bad thing... kinda brought back some bad Hulk memories.

Wasn't bad until she ripped off the blanket... and then... It was like some SNL skit parodying a show.
Cavemen will be worse though. I can't WAIT to see that.

Yeah, it looks horrid. Still, it might be watchable in a MST3K way.

Her legs looked like an electric eel, of course after you've licked a hallucinogenic frog.

Why does every show look so serious now? The bionic woman/bionic man shows were just supposed to be pure campy fun. This looks like they're trying to make it a serious drama.
I wish they'd bring back some of those campy fun action shows from the 70's and 80's... The A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard, Wonder Woman, Bionic Man... where are the shows like that? Everything is a show with deep mythology and lots of drama these days.

It'll be on DVD in a few weeks, on the bbcamerica site. It's a bit of a family show but still at least it isn't layered with Mythology and Seriousness. Also check out Life on Mars if you can find it, both are the type we fogies miss.

Speaking of fun, wasn't Lindsay Wagner actually up for a Best Actress Emmy for the original Bionic Woman?

I've never heard of those two shows. I'll look them up. We're starting to sound old.... "back in my day, we didn't have all this mythology crap! We had two stars per show, a couple of stunts, and a sexy girl added in the mix wearing some super small shorts that were painted on to her body.... and we liked it that way!"ValleyGuyChristian wrote: Speaking of fun, wasn't Lindsay Wagner actually up for a Best Actress Emmy for the original Bionic Woman?
Was she really? I would have never guessed that Bionic Woman would have been up for any Emmys. I never watched Bionic Woman as much as I did the Bionic Man. I used to love the Bionic Man, and I had a little Steve Austin doll where I could take all his Bionic Parts out and look through the back of his head and see using his bionic eye. For the record, if the doll was correct, he had no bionic penis... as a matter of fact he had no penis at all. I thought being the bionic man would be really cool, until I saw that.

I'm just grateful they didn't decide to remake "The Six Million Dollar Man" and pair the two shows.

Life on Mars, yes. Robin Hood... not so much.
I'm becoming increasingly fond of Doctor Who though. David Tennant's a bloody fantastic doctor.
